Sometimes I just wake up craving chocolate, it happens and it is A-O-KAY! This chocolate chia seed pudding is the perfect go-to breakfast for those sweet cravings in the morning. I add collagen into my chia pudding, overnight oats and oatmeal just because it gives you another source of nutrients!
I am obsessed with chia seeds I love the texture they get after soaking. They are packed with tons of antioxidants, are rich in fiber and are an awesome source of omega-3 fatty acids. Chia seeds, always killin' the nutrients game!
You can't taste the collagen and it is awesome for you! Collagen promotes healthy skin, hair and nails, is very healing for those with leaky gut & digestion problems. It also improves liver function and helps to reduce joint degeneration. I mean seriously, why not use it!
I prefer to use a plant based protein because it tastes so much better and there are no weird ingredients. It has no weird after taste, which many proteins do and it can be so unpleasant. My favorite plant based protein is Aloha Moment, both chocolate and vanilla are delish!
