Warm brownies and ice cream? Name a more dynamic duo!
This double chocolate paleo brownie skillet will have you swooning and will make your belly mega happy. I personally love the combo of almond and coconut flour in this recipe because of the nutty-sweetness it gives and the texture is just spot on!

So I have not tried to make this vegan by using flax eggs, but I would say give it a shot! If you want to use flax eggs, try two tablespoons of ground flax seeds + six tablespoons of water and let sit and gel together for 10 minutes! I typically have okay luck using flax eggs, unless it is more than three eggs. If it works, let me know & if it doesn't work, please still let me know! That way I can work on a paleo & vegan brownie recipe for you all!

I started to reintroduce eggs into my diet and so far no hives! YAY!! I literally missed eggs SO MUCH, so that means I have started cooking and baking with eggs again and I am stoked! I will also continue to make vegan treats as well, because I want there to be something for everyone on about to sprout, that will take them to their happy place!
I topped my skillet with my all time favorite dairy-free ice cream (because lactose intolerant) Nadamoo! Vanilla...Ahhh
It is literally the best dairy-free ice cream I have ever had!
Speaking of being lactose intolerant, I do still eat some dairy, I just try to be very mindful of what types of dairy and how much I consume, otherwise I am left extremely bloated and very uncomfortable!
