Preheat the oven to 350° and line a 8×8 pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine all of your hemp seed breakfast bar ingredients, except the topping ingredents. Stir until the mixture becomes really fluffy and is well combined.
Pour mixture into your pan.
Using a spoon, drizzle the ½ cup cashew butter over top the breakfast bars. Using a knife, swirl the cashew butter into the hemp seed bake.
Then, add your blueberries on top of the bake.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the center of the breakfast bake is set completely.
Let cool completely, and cut into 9 squares and drizzle with maple syrup!
Store leftovers in fridge, covered for 5 days. To reheat, place in toaster oven or microwave and then drizzle with maple syrup! These are a great breakfast meal prep for the week ahead!
